However, faced with a huge array of life pressures, most of us often feel that we don't have the time to relax. As our stress levels increase, productivity drops and eventually health can deteriorate. Finding the time to practise some simple relaxation techniques can have a huge impact on our quality of life, reducing stress, anxiety and promoting good sleep. Here are our tips for relaxation and stress relief: Cocoon your neck and shoulders in a warm heat wrap for 10 minutes. Close your eyes and relax your face, neck, upper chest and back muscles.
